I love to cook and bake. I am a Mother of five year old twin boys, and they will be starting Kindergarten in the Fall. I am a 36 year old woman who is very interested in having my own coffee shop/bakery or small restaurant some day. I live in Newport Beach, Orange County and I have been married to a wonderful man for 10 years now. I am a very focused and driven woman who grew up in Johannesburg South Africa, but I am now a citizen of this amazing country. I Would love to have a business of my own to run :) Looking forward to hearing from you as to what you think my options are, and which course would be best for my future goals.
